Finally, I bought a new digital camera. I have been feeling my SLR, Olympus E-420, still big (it was actually the smallest SLR camera back in 2008) to carry all the time. My smart phone (Xperia) is not satisfactory in the startup and latency times and the quality of the photos.
My choice this time was RICOH CX5!
What attracted me were the simple design and high performance in reasonable price.

The night view seems much better than the last compact digital camera and Xperia. RICOH is famous for close-up shots and I am looking forward to using it for the flowers and so on!
